The Hamta circuit trek via Deo Tibba Base Camp Trek (Very peaceful secluded trail for the entire trek) is a breathtaking Himalayan adventure near Manali, offering a perfect mix of alpine meadows, glacial moraines, and panoramic views of the Deo Tibba (6,001m) and Indrasan peaks. This 8-day trek takes you through lush forests of oak and pine, the serene Chikka and Seri meadows, and the stunning Tenta campsite, where the mighty Deo Tibba glacier dominates the horizon. Ideal for both beginners and seasoned trekkers, this moderate trek lets you experience Himachal’s raw beauty, with pristine rivers, colorful wildflowers, and the thrill of high-altitude exploration.
Day 1: Arrival in Manali in the morning.
- Transfer to hotel upon arrival.
- Group briefing on arrival.
Day 2: Manali – Drive to Banara Village (2100m) - Trek To Tilgan (2600m)  : 4-5 Hours
 The day starts with an early morning wake-up call and breakfast. Participants will then depart for Banara village via a private vehicle. The trek to Tilgan (2600m) begins, and packed lunches are provided en route. The journey involves stops for snacks and opportunities to appreciate the scenic surroundings. Upon reaching Tilgan, the group will set up camp and gather for an evening tea briefing. Dinner will be served, followed by a session of star-gazing.
Day 3: Tilgan - Sarotu (2980m)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â : 5-6 Hours
 The morning begins with a yoga or stretching session, followed by breakfast. After breaking camp, the trek to Sarotu commences, taking participants through dense forests and meadows. A lunch break with stunning mountain views adds to the experience. The trek continues, with the group reaching Sarotu by late afternoon. Camp is set up, and a group discussion on local flora and fauna enriches the evening. Dinner is served, accompanied by a cultural exchange session.
Day 4 : Rest day in the camp site. We will go for short acclimatization hike.
Day 5: Sarotu - Piyang Niru 3500m                                                                          : 5-6 Hours
 Day four starts with a hot breakfast and breaking camp. The trek to Piyang Niru begins, featuring picturesque landscapes, stream crossings, and alpine meadows. A lunch break at a scenic spot precedes the ascent through rocky terrain. Upon reaching Piyang Niru, a camp is set up, and the evening is dedicated to photography and campfire tales.
Day 6: Piyang Niru - Deo Tibba Base Camp (4000m.)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â : 5-6 Hours
 The day kicks off with breakfast against the backdrop of breathtaking mountain views. The trek continues toward Deo Tibba Base Camp, reaching higher altitudes. A lunch break with panoramic vistas sets the stage for arriving at the base camp. Participants can explore the surroundings and receive a briefing on high-altitude considerations and safety measures. The evening is for relaxation and stargazing.
Day 7: Deo Tibba Base Camp - Jobri (2800m)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â : 4-5 Hours
The final day includes breakfast, breaking camp, and descending from the base camp to Jobri. Lunch is served at Jobri before participants board their vehicles for the return journey to Manali. Participants looking to return will be dropped off at Manali town for their evening bus. Those who remain, upon checking into the hotel, there is time to freshen up and relax.
Trekkers will be dropped at private volvo bus stand on the same day for their evening bus to their next journey.Â

- Trekking shoes : Carry waterproof trekking shoes with good grip and ankle support. Do not carry sports shoes or formal shoes.
- Three layers of warm clothes: Carry two or three-layer jackets, fleece jackets and a padded jacket.
- Backpack (40-50 L) & its rain cover.
- Two trek pants . Denim/jeans and shorts are not suitable for trekking.
- Three t-shirts (collared/dri-fit): Full sleeved t-shirts that prevent sun burns on the neck and arms. Carry one or two dri fit T shirts.
- Cap
- Water proof hand gloves : Carry waterproof glovesThermals: Carry thermals (top and bottom).
- Sunglasses : Sunglasses are mandatory. There will be a lot of snow on the trek and can cause snow blindness. Make sure your sunglasses are UV protected.Â
- Socks (3-4 pairs) and a pair of woollen socks: Apart from two sports socks, you can take a pair of woollen socks for the night.
- Headlamp/LED torch with extra batteries.
- Raincoat / Ponchos
- Carry a few plastic bags in case your clothes get wet.
- Lunch box and water bottle: Every trekker should have their personal lunch box and two water bottles [ 1 insulated type & 1 plastic bottle ]

- Sunscreen above SPF 45 would be recommended.
- Sanitary pads & meftal spas for women.
- Lip guard & moseruiser.
- Tooth brush, tooth paste, toilet paper & sanitiser.
- General medicine for headache,cough,cold etc and antifungal cream.
Trekking munchiesÂ
- Glucose (100g), 2-3 ORS packet, energy bars (6-7), toffees & dry fruits (100g).

- All camping equipment like sleeping bag, tents, mattress, cooking utensils , Veg. food (Egg) during the trek .
- To & fro transport from manali bus stand on 1st and last day, permit charges & guest houses.
- 2 night Accommodation in a guesthouse in manali . Overnight camping in entire trek.
- Food during the entire trek & Breakfast in Manali,
- Service of qualified mountaineer (AMC certified ) and support staff.
- Mule bag (The weight should not be more than 10 kg.No trolley allowed only rucksack bags.)
- Pulse oximeter & first aid kit.Â

Note : In case of any medical emergencies, our team will shift you to nearest medical centre available. However all the expenses will be borne by the participants.
If you opt out during the trek because of any issues or misbehave with fellow participants or staff we will arrange all the logistics to move you safely to the nearest civilization. All the expenses will be borne by the participants.
